Our Story

Built on passion, experience,
and genuine hospitality.

Fifteen years of caring for guests at other people's tables. In 2026, Dennis Dabu finally set his own.

The Beginning

A long apprenticeship, and a long-held dream.

Dennis Dabu has been in the catering world since 2010. For more than 15 years, he served at countless celebrations across the Philippines, learning every part of the craft. He prepped in busy kitchens, set tables for grand weddings, ran buffet lines at family debuts, and cleaned up long after the last guest had gone home. Along the way, he was building a quiet conviction. Someday, he would do this his own way.

That day arrived in 2026. Dennis founded DAYÁN Catering & Rentals so families could finally book that same warmth and craft from him directly. Same hands. Same heart. New name on the door.

Today, DAYÁN is a small, family-run team based in Purok 4, Brgy. Litlit, Silang, Cavite. We serve Cavite, Tagaytay, and nearby cities, with bigger plans on the horizon. We would love to be a part of your next celebration.

Why We Do This

For the family.

DAYÁN was not built for the spotlight. It was built for the people in this photo. For the Dabu family, who work alongside Dennis, who prepped his first kitchen, who believed in him long before anyone else did.

Every plate we serve, every chair we set, every long night after a celebration ends, all of it carries one quiet hope. To give Dennis and his family the comfortable, dignified life that 15 years of caring for other people's celebrations have earned them.

When you book with DAYÁN, you are not just booking a caterer.
You are part of a family's story.

The Dabu Family The reason every event feels like home.

The Word Behind the Name

DAYÁN, the soul of what we do.

DAYÁN (noun) a warm act of hosting; the art of caring for guests and bringing people together in celebration.

More than a brand, DAYÁN is a posture. It is the instinct to set an extra place at the table, to refill a glass before it is empty, to make a stranger feel like a cousin by the end of the night. It is the Filipino tradition of hospitality, made into a business with one job. To make your event feel like home.

What Guides Us

Four values, one table.

01

Malasakit

We treat every guest with the same care we would give our own family. That part is non-negotiable.

02

Craft

Every dish is cooked, plated, and served with attention to detail. Shortcuts have no place at our table.

03

Reliability

We arrive early, we stay until the last guest leaves, and we deliver exactly what was promised.

04

Joy

Celebrations should feel celebratory. We carry the operational weight so you can be fully present.

Leadership

Three people. One mission.

A founder with the craft, a son with the discipline, and a friend who believed enough to back it all.
